6 Weeks To Summer (April 8th - May 31st)

Designed to create an attainable routine you can commit to and feel good about. This is not about looking a certain way. This is about motivating each other to stay positive and remember good things are coming. Warm weather, sunshine, weekend getaways to the Cape. We are almost there... Let's have a SUMMER.

6 Classes

Tier 1. 6 Classes. 1 class per week. Reward: 1 Free Class. $110

12 Classes

Tier 2. 12 Classes. 2 classes per week. Reward: 2 Free Classes. $198

18 Classes

Tier 3. 18 Classes. 3 classes per week. Reward: 2 Free Classes + $30 to Vuori. $260

Lift is a group strength-based class that uses dumbbells and bodyweight movements in five varying circuits. No cardio required- the goal is to increase muscle mass, endurance and metabolism.

LIFT

Circuit is a timed workout that uses various weights and equipment to complete a number of designated reps per station. Push yourself at your own pace - your coach will be there to support.

CIRCUIT

LIFT X CONDITIONING

This is a 6-person group class that mixes lifting and circuit training for 20 minutes each. Your coach will tailor the session to enhance your form, speed, agility and strength. Box members have full access to these classes and is included with memberships.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training sessions will tailor your program to suit your specific needs. Sessions will also give you the confidence to navigate machines, free weights, and exercises like the experienced athlete you will soon become.

You can expect personally designed workouts to meet your specific goals, commitment to staying accountable and challenges to meet you at your level and bring you to the next one.
