CLASSES @ THE BOX

A group strength-based class using medium to heavy dumbbells and bodyweight movements. Programming will be broken down into three 10 minute circuits (longer timed muscle focused intervals) and two 4 minute “burnout” circuits (i.e. AMRAPS, EMOMS). No cardio required - LIFT is designed to build muscle mass, endurance and rev up your metabolism.

Strength and Conditioning timed circuits using weights/ equipment that challenge you to hit a designated number of reps per station. Equipment will range from dumbbells, kettlebells, assault bikes, rowers, heavy bags, and more. The CIRCUIT format allows you to push yourself at your own pace -  Your coach will be there to motivate you and provide options to modify or level UP!

A specialized workout combining the best we have to offer - 20 minutes of lifting and 20 minutes of conditioning. Your coach will create a hybrid style personal training session every week to improve form, speed, agility and strength. Anyone with a Box membership has full access to these classes. Options to lock in a permanent day/time on schedule or off schedule with 3 friends are available. This class is included in our memberships.
